Seaside Beach and the Promenade, a favorite area for roller skating, jogging, and strolling, are five blocks away. The famous "Promenade" runs the full length of Seaside on the ocean. Broadway and adjacent side streets are filled with gift shops, candy stores, boutiques, bakeries and fast food. Seaside is a "walking town," if one wishes to enjoy it fully. It has all of the amenities of a much larger city, including ample parking space.
