Located on Fifth Street in the center of the Oakland area, the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Pittsburgh, PA is a touching and awesome tribute to veterans who have served in war. The original intention of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall was to honor the veterans of the local Allegheny Country who served their area in the Civil War.
