Canyon Lake Steamboat Cruise
Cruise right over to the Apache Trail at foot of the Superstition Mountains.
Wind your way through the desert on the scenic Apache Trail at the base of the Superstition Mountains, home to the mythical and mysterious "Lost Dutchman Mine" made famous by goldminers past. Treasure hunters still scour the area, searching diligently for the supposed richest gold mine in the world. Try some prickly-pear ice cream in Tortilla Flat, one of the last remaining outposts of the Old West — the Superstition Saloon here has been catering to the adventurous for over 100 years, so stop in for some authentic Old West cuisine!
You'll also get to visit Goldfield, an 1890's boom town that went bust after the more than 50 mines in the area became tapped out. After exploring the intriguing terrain of the Apache Trail and the Superstition Mountains, you'll enjoy a relaxing steamboat cruise on a beautiful desert lake.
