Hundreds of hours of research have been conducted with developers and consumers to create an exciting new hotel brand with a cost-per-key that is competitive with other major brands in the upscale Select Service category.
Ideally located close to all the attractions of historic Philadelphia, and an easy ride from Atlantic City and the Jersey shore, the Hotel is your home away from home. The Hyatt Place dining areas are open and welcoming, and feature a variety of seating or lounging options including The Great Room, Den, Coffee Bar and its own Guest Kitchen complete with cabinets, fresh-brew, single-serve coffee machine and an oversized community table.
Every Hyatt Place hotel has meeting space, an indoor or outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. Hyatt Place guestrooms are spacious and comfortable with approximately 370 square feet of space and up to 20% more area than traditional hotel rooms. Three room configurations are available: King Suites, Double Queen Bed Suites and Studio Kings. Each guestroom has a separate living and sleeping area. Room features include plush Hyatt Grand Beds?, a 40" flat panel hi-definition plasma television, comfortable furnishings and flexible workspaces that meet the needs of today's travelers.
