The Park City museum provides an interesting look into this ski city's history, complete with mines, stagecoaches, and underground ski lifts! The Park City Museum has exhibits that feature remnants of old Park City. The Silver King Mine exhibit has a replica of the Silver King Mine, the main source of economy for Park City in the late 19th century and throughout the 20th century. At the Winter Sports History exhibit, you'll learn about Park City's next big economy booster: skiing. This exhibit features the last remaining car from the world's first underground ski lift. You'll also learn what everyday life was like in Park City with the Stagecoach and Tent to Township exhibit and by visiting the Territorial Jail, which is considered part of the museum.
