Cisero's Ristorante and Nightclub is situated in historic Park City, and offers fine dining, Italian cuisine and late night music and entertainment. The restaurant was opened in 1985 and ever since it has attracted a loyal clientèle and many visitors. It is well known for its Sunday brunch, has a great children's menu and daily specials.
The dinner menu features a fine selection of Italian dishes including traditional family favorites. Appetizers include calamari fritti, stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta. Choose from a classic minestrone soup, Mediterranean, or pear and gorgonzola salad. The pasta dishes include lasagna and three-cheese ravioli with meatballs or Italian sausage, and scampi Cisero — shrimp, artichoke hearts and tomatoes over linguine. The house specials feature Ciopino — a fisherman's stew with seafood and a spicy tomato broth, and Italian flat iron streak served with a red wine demi-glaze.
The restaurant has an extensive wine list featuring many Italian wines and vintages. There is also a well-stocked bar with your favorite beers and liquors. The restaurant has introduced a 'Local's Card' which gives local residents a 10% discount on their bill year round. The restaurant operates a priority wait list rather than a reservation system.
The nightclub, which has recently been remodeled, offers rustic surroundings in which to enjoy live music and dancing featuring rock and roll, jazz and blues. There is music every night of the week with drink and food specials, and karaoke on a Thursday night. The club serves appetizers and dinners from 5.00pm and the selection includes antipasti, soups, salads and delicious pastas.
