The Canyons

Located in Park City, Utah, you may recognize The Canyons from Winter Games, since they hosted several of the events. With over 3,500 ski-able acres, The Canyons is the largest single ski and snowboard resort in Utah. Skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the varied terrain and multiple difficulty levels that The Canyons has to offer, and beginners will appreciate the Ski School that boasts enthusiastic and experienced instructors.

There are 16 lifts (The Flight of the Canyons 8-passenger gondolas) that will take you to one of eight amazing peaks, and you can choose lift tickets for multiple days. The mountains will wow you, and the endless options to fit your skiing style will impress you. There are two signature hotels on site: Grand Summit Resort Hotel or Sundial Lodge, both located slope-side. There are fabulous dining options, too. So for one of the best skiing experiences in your life, visit The Canyons and prepare to be amazed.

Details

You may purchase lift tickets for 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7 days; tickets do not have to be used on consecutive days, but must be used within 7 days of purchase.
There are 16 lifts to transport you to eight peaks.
Difficulty levels are: Beginner 14% (Green Circle), Intermediate 44% (Blue Square), Expert 42% (Black Diamond)
Vertical rise: 3,190 feet
Ski and snowboard equipment rentals available at the Canyons Village.
Restaurants and lodging on-site
Health club and spa
Programs for kids, as well as a state-licensed day care center

Transportation

A City Bus is available free of charge. Buses pick-up at all hotels in Park City between 7 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. For more information, contact Park City Transit at 435-615-5301 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday. A schedule hotline is available 24 hours by calling 435-615-5350.
