National Federation of Republican Women at the Palm Springs Convention Center

From September 27-30, 2007, the National Federation of Republican Women held its 34th biennial convention at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, California. The Federation is a political organization for Republican women that has hundreds of active clubs across the US. The organization's goals are to advocate the Republican Party's causes and candidates, and to empower Republican women by training and electing local political candidates.

Events at the 34th biennial convention included a ceremony honoring President Reagan, discussions about the Republican candidates for the 2008 presidential election, and presentations of awards to outstanding teachers.  Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani, Congresswoman Mary Bono, and former White House speechwriter Chriss Winston all spoke at the event.  New Federation officers were elected, and all attendees went to workshops about leadership and team-building. Patriotic events were also held to honor US troops. Please contact the Federation directly to inquire about upcoming conference dates and locations.
