Loch Haven Park is nestled between three lakes, and is home to several museums of both the arts and sciences. It covers a whopping 45 acres and serves as Central Florida's premier cultural park. The park was recently renovated to attract more people to it's multiple museums and theatre groups. Even if you're not the museum type, the park is still a fantastic place to throw down a blanket in the grass, under a large oak tree, and enjoy one of the three sparkling lakes on the property. One of Central Florida's largest oak trees, "The Mayor", resides in this park near Orlando's
Menello Museum of American Art.
There are several unique restaurants nearby, so it's easy to grab a bite to eat before or after exploring the many museums that Loch Haven Park has to offer.
