Space exploration simulators, astronaut tributes and much more fun await at the Astronaut Hall of Fame, located near the
Kennedy Space Center in Titusville! At the museum, you'll be able to learn more about the astronauts of the Mercury and Gemini missions that kicked off the American space program. Actual capsules from the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo missions are featured, and a Mercury capsule model allows visitors the chance to discover just how snug these tiny vessels were!
Simulations are the highlight of the experience, though, as the G Force Trainer allows guests to experience the intense pull of four-Gs of acceleration. Visitors can sit in the cockpit of a fighter jet and head out across the frontier of the Red Planet with the Mission to Mars simulation. The exciting 3D-360 has been dubbed one of the most realistic flight simulators ever created as you experience actual barrel rolls, rotations and more in a 16-seat vessel. Don't miss out on all of the fun and out-of-this-world excitement to be found at the Astronaut Hall of Fame!
