The resort is located on U.S. 192, approximately three (3) miles from Walt Disney World® and is convenient to many of the area's attractions including Sea World®, Universal Studios Florida®, and Downtown Disney® all within a 15 minutes drive.

The resort is nearby Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, City Walk, Sea World, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island, and Typhoon Lagoon.
Kissimmee is also close to both the east and west coast of Florida; be on the beach or on the gulf within an hour.
