**Cleaning Fee: Guest will be responsible to pay the following cleaning fees: 3 Bedroom $84, 4 Bedroom $96, and 5 bedroom $107. These cleaning fees are only applicable if guests stay is under 5 nights, must be paid by the guest at check in.**
