Enjoy a Disney safari adventure on 33 acres of tropical savanna featuring more than 30 species of wildlife at this African lodge inspired resort. The spirit of Africa comes to life with artwork, artifacts, music, and food. Guests will enjoy the Hakuna Matata playground which is open 24 hours and overlooks the flamingo area. Families will also love the giant pool with 67 foot water slide, wading pools, and animal learning programs where guests can go on a safari and observe the animals in their natural habitats. There are also three dining areas located at the resort and they feature traditional African dishes as well as American favorites.

Animal Kingdom Lodge feature an on-site arcade with the latest in video game entertainment with high tech video games and pinball. Guest will also find a fitness and massage center for the perfect way to keep with their work out routine or simply wind down when visiting the area.
