Annual Festival at Zora Neale Hurston National Museum in Eatonville, FL

Celebrate the life of Zora Neale Hurston and all artists, writers and performers who have a carved a niche in their respective fields for African-Americans. This annual four-day festival will feature music, drama, dance and folk art. Workshops and classes allow visitors to get interactive and learn more about the work that will be showcased, while artist question and answer sessions will offer more insight into some of the featured work.

Panel discussions will consider some of the current issues in the field, while live entertainment and performances will include music, dramatic presentations, poetry reading, spoken word presentations and more. A street festival will offer incredible activities and performances, delicious food, showcased work and much more, so make plans now to celebrate at the annual Zora Neale Hurston Festival!
