Orlando, FL is best known for its various tourist attractions in the area.  As one of the most visited cities in the United States, Orlando thrives on the business of tourism today.  In 1872, however, the area wasn't quite as busy.  The first people to settle the newly incorporated city of Orlando were Army personnel who had been stationed at the Pine Castle AAF.  After World War II was over some of these servicemen chose to settle in the area and raise their families.

There are so many things to choose from to do whilke we hit Orlando this spring!
Evonna -
Orlando is a great place to visit. I've been twice and I would love to go again!

Gatorland
We went to Gatorland last August during our Family Vacation and it was still the greatest. I had spent a lot of time in Florida as a child and visited Gatorland several times each summer. It felt good when my children had their pictures taken in front of the entrance and I placed them next to the picture I had of myself in the same spot 30 years ago. Gatorland is timeless and it always offers something new each time you go, we will be visiting again this August and can't wait to take another generation of pictures when we go this time.

Gatorland
June 16th was our second visit to Gatorland in 14 months. We absolutely love it. We enjoy seeing the real animals in their real habitats. We saw breeding gators & birds with their newly hatched babies all in their natural surroundings. We will back next trip to Florida. Gatorland is reality in a land of fantasy!
