Happy Halloween from Orlando - Spooky Attractions for the Whole Family!

Halloween haunts come to life when you visit Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando. Now expanded to both theme parks, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, the once-a-year interactive extravaganza brings visitors frights on a grand scale.

All of your senses will be immersed in the action. You won't just see, but you'll also feel the terrifying shockers devised by Universal's team of creative geniuses. Members of the park's "scream team" fill every corner, just waiting to jump out and make your heart jump. Everywhere you walk could contain a new surprise.

There are seven haunted houses, four scare zones, the nightly Festival of the Dead Parade and Bill and Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure. You'll have encounters with everything from vampires to the undead as you travel through haunted mazes and other venues.

All the features have fittingly frightening names, like Point of Evil, Field of Screams, Horror in Wax, Ghost Town, Midway of the Bizarre, Horror Nights Nightmares, Deadtropolis, Castle Vampyr, Fright Yard, Hellgate Prison, and Disorientorium.

In 2004, Halloween Horror Nights runs Oct. 1-2, Oct. 8-10, Oct. 13-17, Oct. 21-24, and Oct. 28-31.

Grown-ups will love the heart-stopping action, but Halloween Horror Nights is not an event intended for young children. Visitors are also not allowed to wear costumes.
