Gatorland is a 110-acre nature conservatory and theme park that grew up from an Orlando, Florida, roadside attraction built in 1949. Known as the Alligator Capital of the World, this protected habitat includes exhibits like a breeding marsh with a boardwalk and observation tower, an aviary, a swamp walk, a petting zoo, educational programs, plus thousands of crocodiles and alligators. For people 12 and older, you can experience the Trainer for a Day in a 2-hour tour. There's also the Gator Night Shine, featuring flashlight stroll out onto the boardwalk over the breeding marsh. Gatorland is located at 14501 South Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.
