Niagara Parks Greenhouse, Niagara Falls, ON.

The Niagara Parks Greenhouse is located on the Niagara Parkway, just south of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, and features a greenhouse with flying tropical birds and a magnificent collection of over 6,000 plants from all around the world. Bedding plants used in many area display gardens for the Niagara Parks system, such as the floral clock are grown here. Outdoors, the area is decorated with fountains, statues, and beautiful roses, and other types of fragrant gardens, this is called The Fragrance Garden. It features many different varieties of aromatic plants that are heavenly with beautiful fragrance. This garden is also friendly to the visually impaired, as some of the flowers are labeled in Braille.  In addition, there has also been a small native butterfly garden added that provides for added enjoyment. So, grab your cameras and take a look at some of the most beautiful scenery and landscaping by visiting the the Niagara Greenhouse. This free attraction is very popular in the Niagara Falls area.
