Enjoy some gorgeous scenery and family fun at Four Mile Creek State Park in Youngstown, New York, located approximately 11 miles north of Niagara Falls. Here, there are more than 250 oversized campsites. Have your option of pitching your tent in the shade or the bright sunshine, and electricity capable or not. Don't forget to bring your camera, as this park will offer you breath-taking panoramic views of Lake Ontario. There are hiking trails that wind through dense forests and teeter on the edges of bluffs. The marsh at the mouth of Four Mile Creek offers up a fantastic fishing opportunity for great blue herons, white trillium, and more. Don't be surprised to see white tail deer frolicking through the campsites, as well.
There is a camp store here for your convenience, as well as on-site laundry facilities. The kids will also enjoy the modern playground located within the park. Camping season runs from mid-April to mid-October. Household pets are allowed, but they must be kept in a cage or on a leash no longer than six feet at all times.
