Stay where Marilyn Monroe stayed and eat where Joseph Cotten ate, all at Brock Plaza. This gorgeous hotel was built in 1929, and 24 years later an important event took place in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Marilyn Monroe, Joseph Cotten, Jean Peters, Max Showalter, and others came to town. The 1953 film "Niagara" was filmed on location, and this is where the cast and crew spent their nights. Although this hotel has been newly renovated, it does still feature all the original 1920's architecture and decor.
Even if you don't want to stay here during your vacation, it's at least worth stopping by for lunch or dinner. The Rainbow Room is located on the 10th floor, and offers gorgeous panoramic views of the falls.
