Loved..loved... loved the views from our room. Great location, we walked everywhere! Rooms were clean, bed was just okay (We travel a lot and love the beds in Marriott's courtyard hotels 100 times better) decor wasn't spectacular but we weren't in the room that much.

not too thrilled about being level with trees on the 6th floor, the view was obstructed, and the rooms smelled like it had at one point been a smoking room years ago, nevertheless it was okay.

I had registered for a city-view room with two queen size beds and in turn got upgraded to a falls-view room with a king bed. Of course, we were thrilled. And, relieved to not be staying on any of the other floors which had hundreds of obnoxious and hyper teenage girls on them who were there for some kind of a basketball tournament. They were running through the halls, pushing every button on the elevator, and swearing in the elevator. Luckily, we were far away from all that madness. :)

I paid for 3 nights in a Falls view room, we were on the 2ed floor and all we could see was trees. After talking to a manger they put us on the 8th floor for the 2ed and 3rd night. Any one staying there would have to be on the 8th floor or higher to see the falls. Other then that, the Oaks Hotel is a very clean and the staff were all great.

very good prices for what you get. Got the romance package and it was totally affordable, and the room was amazing!

This hotel is great we had a room with a full view of the falls that was amazing. We were so close to the falls, we saw fireworks from our room. The staff was great. The housekeeping was wonderfull.
