The Americana was great and the waterpark was a lot of fun for our son. The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that it was away from all the action - about 10 minute drive - yet still convenient to get to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Kids loved the bunk bed suite. Two sets of bunks and tv/dvd player in separate attached room was fun for our 4 kids and a little privacy for us. Great waterpark for younger children - clean, spacious, lots of lifeguards and its easy to keep an eye on your little ones. we'd like to try coming in the winter. It would be cool to see it snowing outside thru the glass waterpark walls. I will also try the spa next time, it looks beautiful.

Great place for families with young kids. Open concept waterpark so I could see my kids wherever they went, plus lots of lifeguards. Outdoor playground and sunbathing areas. Nice room, friendly staff. Our 3-night package was a good deal and lots of fun. Good shopping nearby. We would definitely go back.

Room was huge. Housekeeping was pleasant. It's nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in addition to the typical coffeemaker. We really liked the waterpark set up.

Hotel was very nice. Waterpark is smaller than others like Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari Waterpark, & Cedar Points Castaway Bay, but easler to keep an eye on your children and at a fraction of the cost. Rooms very clean and mine had a nice room before entering bathroon with refrig, microwave, coffee maker and sink which worked out nice. Would definately stay at again when visiting the falls. It is located 4 miles from falls but there are buses that run from 9 am to 2 am so you didn't have to worry about parking, also much cheaper than staying right there by the falls.

This is an awsome hotel.. very nice. waterpark has high chlorine but very nice. nice rooms, friendly staff, nice resturant, not very far from from attractions

Should of stayed here from the beginning. Great place. Waterpark wonderful. Room was big enough for all six of us. Great place for kids. I felt rich! Would highly recommend for all!

The pool/hot tub closes a bit to early, 9:00 p.m. that's when most people are comming back from the days activities. Everything was very nice except for the walls being so thin that the family in the next room was so loud that at 2:00 a.m. we had to call the front desk to ask them to send someone up to talk to them, which they did immediately and the problem was resolved.

The hotel and waterpark were wonderful.
The only problem was the people in the room next to us. thier children were screaming and running all over the place very early in the morning.

our stay was the best i could ever imagine, the staff was the best and the rooms were clean.
