Maid of the Mist on the Canadian Rainbow Tour
Where else can you experience the full majesty of the Falls packed into a four-hour experience?

Can you say Great Bargains?! As the temperature drops and the vestiges of the last leaves are swept from the trees in mid-November, Niagara Falls readies itself for off-season visitors. Off-season in Niagara Falls occurs during the months of November through March. You can take advantage of smaller crowds, discounted rates for accommodations and experience Niagara Falls' dramatic scenery.

Canadian Rainbow Tour

  • You'll find that activities in Niagara Falls are just as numerous and enjoyable during the winter as they are during peak season.  For a comprehensive tour of the area, you'll find that the Canadian Rainbow Tour provides you with excellent views of the Falls, the Power Plant, Table Rock House, the Great Whirlpool and more--plus, you'll discover the Butterfly Conservatory and the Reif Winery.

Niagara Falls Konica Minolta Tower Centre

  • The Konica Minolta Tower Centre has been one of Niagara's landmarks for over four decades.  With its indoor and outdoor observation decks, souvenir shops, thrill ride simulator featuring Slot Car Boogie and Kid Coaster, Cybermind Virtual Reality and Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, there is fun for the whole family.  The Pinnacle Restaurant atop the tower rises an impressive 525 feet above the Niagara gorge and provides a spectacular view of the Horseshoe and American Falls.

Winter Festival of Lights

  • Illuminated against the backdrop of the Falls, the spectacular Winter Festival of Lights runs from late November to early January. This annual breathtaking event is Canada's largest light festival. Motion displays, fireworks extravaganzas, and exciting events for the family highlight world-class entertainment.  Bring your talent and enter a snowman or sculpture at Ice Festival Niagara.  This is an interactive, family-oriented winter event.

Oh Canada Eh

  • Oh Canada Eh will entertain you with Lumberjacks, Anne of Green Gables, and Mounties. These are just a few of the kooky Canadian characters that are in this humorous and musical celebration of all that is Canadian.  Feast on your scrumptious meal and enjoy the rustic atmosphere, while you're enjoying Canadian songs of joy.

Niagara Falls has a full schedule of activities during the off-season.  So button up your overcoat and take advantage of the natural treasures of Niagara Falls.
