Dinner at Pinnacle Restaurant - Konica Minolta Tower Centre
The dinner wine and dinner were excellent! The view from the restaurant of the falls was exceptional! There is one other tower, the Skylon which is newer and brings you up in an elevator on the outside of the pedestal. We wished we had known about that ahead of time or we might have chosen that instead, but what we had was very good and it wasn't crowded at all. The steaks for dinner were juicy, flavorful, and tender! The broccoli was not overcooked, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with rosemary and the dessert was out of this world! It was a frozen dessert , like a chocolate mousse filled with a delicious raspberry sorbet - superb!
