Since 1928, the 2,800-seat Beacon Theatre in New York, NY has provided entertainment to audiences in an attractive design that includes large Greek statues, bronze doors, ornate moldings, white marble floors, and murals that depict elephants, camels, and traders.
A national landmark, the theater began by featuring the first films with sound and has went on to establish itself as a prominent venue with performances by Patti LaBelle, Korn, Tina Turner, Morrissey, and VH-1s "Divas Live."
