As a last minute choice for accomodations in NYC, the hotel was adequate. I am not a fan of hotels in general, and normally plan vacations well in advance to avoid having to stay in one. However, this time I needed to find lodging quickly and Vacations MAde Easy was there to assist in a professional and helpful manner.

The 1st room we were given upon checking in was not up to our standards. After asking to be upgraded at no additional charge, we were given a much better room on a lower floor. Even though it is an old hotel, the room was comfortable.
