Bring a blanket and a lawn chair and take in a relaxing, yet thoughtful, observance of the victims. Light refreshments are served throughout the gathering, and the event is entirely open to the public.
At dusk a candlelight vigil is held, where all will gather to listen to a non-denominational prayer service to honor those who were lost. Come and join as many reflect and remember the lives lost.
