Each year, the Black Culinarian Alliance holds its Annual Cultural Awareness Salute in New York, NY- a first rate event that honors minority culinary workers in a most delicious way.
America's top minority chefs work attendees into a feasting frenzy while honoring those who paved the way for civil rights in the kitchen industry.
This black-tie event is held each February at the famous Tavern on the Green and, along with honoring established favorites, also introduces us to talented culinary students in a stand-out night of class and delicious eats.
