The All Loops Double Decker Tour is the perfect way to see New York on your own terms. This hop-on, hop-off tour will take you to the best sights in the city's favorite neighborhoods.

If you're only visiting for a short period of time, you'll want to be sure to make time to take the following tours and visit the following attractions. You're sure to have a great time and get the most out of your visit.

Tours and Sightseeing For Everyone...

Intrepid Air/Space Museum: What was formerly the USS Intrepid is now a 900-foot, floating museum. On board the deck of this museum you will find an A-12 Blackbird spy plane and seaplanes as well as other aircraft. The museum features a strategic-missile submarine, a Vietnam destroyer as well as a wide variety of other naval equipment. The museum also offers a Navy Flight Simulator at an extra cost.

Spirit Cruises:   Enjoy a Lunch or Dinner Cruise on a Classic Spirit Cruise or a Spirit City Cruise. You can enjoy Broadway-style entertainment while eating your meal. After dinner, relax to the awe-inspiring view of the New York Skyline. The Spirit City Cruise offers a menu featuring New American Cuisine and the food is brought directly to your table. The Classic Spirit Cruise offers a generous buffet with coffee and desert served at tableside.

Madison Square Garden:   Madison Square Garden is one of the most famous sports and entertainment arenas in the country, if not the world. Take an All Loops Double Decker Tour and hop-on and off at Madison Square Garden and more than thirty other New York attractions over a 48 hour time frame.

Times Square:   Times Square is formed by Broadway crossing over 7th Ave between 47th and 42nd Streets. The area used to be used for horse trading and now houses the city's theatre district. It is also home of the Times Tower, where each year on New Years Eve, a lighted ball drops down a pole to count down to the New Year. Stop off for VIP treatment at Planet Hollywood New York/Times Square. It's not just a restaurant, it's an attraction. While the food is excellent, it's not all they offer. Walk through the restaurant and see movie memorabilia, and maybe even some real-life stars. When you're done eating, check out the Planet Hollywood store. (With a VIP Meal voucher, you won't even have to wait in line.)

Empire State Building/Observatory:  Built in 1931, the Empire State Building used to be the tallest building in the world. The observatory is located on 86th floor, 1050 feet in the air. The observatory offers a 360-degree view of the city and on a clear day you can see up to 80 miles away. In addition to office space, the building features restaurants and stores as well as the New York Skyride, a simulation ride that highlights New York hotspots and is part rollercoaster, part helicopter.

Greenwich Village:  Greenwich Village is perfect for shopping or visiting a small caf'. The village is home to Washington Square, where you can find street musicians, jugglers, stand-up comics and other entertainers to thrill you with their skills.

Rockefeller Center:   Rockefeller Center is the creation of John D. Rockefeller and the home to over 100 pieces of art. NBC, Christie's Auction House and Radio City Music Hall all call Rockefeller Center their home. It also houses the most famous skating rink in the world. The center features the beautiful Channel Gardens, the statues of Atlas and Prometheus and the prestigious Rainbow Room.

Tours and Attractions For the History Lover...

Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island:   The Statue of Liberty, our national monument, is located on Ellis Island and is reachable via ferry. The statue was a gift from France over 100 years ago. Today it represents America and its freedoms and the righteousness of democracy. The statue stands over 150 feet tall from base to torch. The island receives millions of visitors each year. Your admission to the Statue of Liberty is included in the cost of a Essential New York Tour.

Manhattan Comprehensive Tour:   See the Flatiron Building, the oldest remaining skyscraper in New York City. The building was built in 1902 and stands at approximately 285 feet tall. You'll also see Grant's Tomb, where Ulysses S. Grant and his wife Julia are laid to rest, and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. The Cathedral of St. John the Divine is the largest cathedral in the world and is the seat of New York's bishop. You'll see many other sites, take a tour of the United Nations, and enjoy a buffet lunch. It's a great way to see a lot of city on a tight schedule.

Sightseeing For The Nature Lover...

Central Park. This 843-acre park is one of New York's most famous vacation stops for tourists. The park is broken down into four sections; North End, The Reservoir, Great Lawn, and South End. Among the features of the North End of the Park, you will find highlights like Duke Ellington Circle, Untermyer Fountain, Burnett Memorial Fountain, a variety of playgrounds and the pool. The Reservoir offers the tennis center, the reservoir, a bridle path and three playgrounds. Great Lawn features Seneca Village, Shakespeare Garden, theatres, Belvedere Castle, Loeb Boathouse, and a variety of playgrounds. The park also features a Zoo with a petting zoo and wildlife area.

Malls For the Shopper...

This village-like outlet, located one hour from Manhattan, offers 220 stores that bring shoppers the best name brands at discounted prices as well as an array of dining opportunities. Find names like Nautica, Gucci, Versace, Coach, DKNY, and Banana Republic at savings of up to 65% off every day.

All Loops Double Decker Tour by Gray Line 48 Hour Pass (AL)
We all enjoyed the double decker tour, the accessability of the buses for hopping on and off, and the knowledgeable guides. The routes covered most of the major attractions and took just long enough without being too long or short. I would certainly recommend these tours to my friends.
