Boston Day TripWith the Boston Day Trip from New York City you will find an engrossing look into Boston for a varied East coast vacation experience. After a scenic drive through Connecticut and Massachusetts, the motor coach will decant its passengers in Boston where they will be guided on a walk of the Freedom Trail, where they will follow the red line past Boston Common, the site of the Boston Massacre and Faneuil Hall, the house of Paul Revere, and so on. After visiting the U.S.S. Constitution and Boston harbor, and the Bunker Hill Monument (which stands on Breed's Hill where the Battle of Bunker Hill actually took place) there's a break for lunch. A leisurely lunch might be a difficult proposition, however, as there are seventeen restaurants in Quincy Market (which is opposite Faneuil Hall) not to mention its over 100 stores. After lunch, the Boston Commons can be enjoyed at leisure. With everyone gathered together again, it's onward to tour the campuses of higher learning - Cambridge, Harvard, and MIT, before returning to the coach and a comfortable ride back to Manhattan.
