Description

The historic river is filled with the sights of nature, from the sparkling water to the foliage along the shorelines. The rugged mountains will break into your view from your cruise ship as you enter into Bear Mountain State Park. The cruise gives you admission into the park's annual Oktoberfest for three full hours.

On this full-day cruise, you will get the chance to explore these locations when you attend the Oktoberfest celebration for three hours. This tour gives you the opportunity to board a luxury cruise vessel and explore the sights. The Hudson River is full of natural beauty, and Bear Mountain State Park offers a refuge from the city life. This tour gives you the chance to escape from the rush of the city, and experience a more peaceful and serene side of the state.

 Tour Stop at  Bear Mountain State Park
Bear Mountain State Park is situated in rugged mountains rising from the west bank of the Hudson River. The park features a large play field, shaded picnic groves, lake and river fishing access, a swimming pool, Trailside Museums and Zoo, hiking, biking and cross-country ski trails. An outdoor rink is open to ice skaters from late October through mid-March. The Perkins Memorial Tower atop Bear Mountain affords spectacular views of the park, the Hudson Highlands and Harriman State Park. Perkins Memorial Drive and Tower are open from April through late November, weather permitting.
Stops may change due to traffic, weather, maintenance, etc.

This full-day tour is an exhilarating sightseeing adventure. No outside food or beverages are allowed on the boat, though purchases can be made on the vessel. A picnic lunch is also available for an additional $14 fee.
