This vacation package offers loads of activities to make your vacation in New Orleans to the Gulf rewarding and entertain.

Day 1: Arrival in Mobile Bay

Following check-in at your hotel take a trip to the new Movile Carnival Museum where you will see beautiful gowns and robes worn by Mardi Gras royalty from the past. See how and when the first Mardi Gras was and what was involved in the creation of it. Dinner will be at the Carnival Museum and be entertained afterward by the "Murder Mystery Theater". 

Day 2: Touring Mobile Bay

Get a hearty breakfast at the "Spot of Tea" in historic downtown after which your tour guide will give a tour of downtown which includes the Cathedral Catholic Church, Three Georges Candy Shop, and many neighborhoods. You will eat lunch on your own at one of the local seafood restaurants then head out in the afternoon on a sightseeing journey starting with Bellingrath Gardens and Home. This location features the original collection of antiques, furniture, china, silver, crystal, and cut glass. Afterward you will continue to Biloxi and check into your hotel and have dinner a casino resort. 

Day 3: Touring Biloxi

Fill up with breakfast then head to downtown Biloxi riding on a narrated open air tram. As you travel you will see the new Hurricane Katrina Memorial built by Extreme Makeovers. You will take a tour of St. Michaels Church see what destruction the hurricane caused and see the plans for reconstruction of the property. Afterward you will go on an excursion on the Biloxi Shrimp Trip and hear Corrie Eleuterius' stories of shrimping, fishing, and some history of Biloxi. Then take some time to enjoy lunch on your own at one of the local restaurants and possibly shop as well. During the afternoon you will stop by the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art and see some of the works of the renowned potter, George Ohr and even try and make your own pottery.

*The Fall tour will visit Beauvoir,and the Jefferson Davis Home where he lived and penned his memoirs. This location was also the place of the Mississippi Confederate Soldier's home that housed and cared for many veterans and their wives.

Day 4: Touring Ocean Springs

In the morning you will head east to the Old Town area of Ocean Springs where you will spend the morning exploring the numerous boutiques, galleries, and restaurants of the town. One attraction you will want to see is the Walter Anderson Museum of Art that is associated with the Smithsonian. Afterward you will travel to New Orleans where you will make a stop at a jazz Brunch in the French Quarter. For the rest of the afternoon you will check into your hotel and either relax or venture through the city. Your place of dining for dinner will be of choice and the rest of the night is for you to explore more of the sights. 

Day 5: Touring New Orleans

Start your day with a traditional breakfast at an outdoor cafe. Breakfast will be followed by a tour of the city via motorcoach where you will see different neighborhoods, tour the above ground cemetery also known as "Cities of the Dead", and Lake Pontchartrain. Afterward you will follow the St. Charles Ave. streetcar past mansions, churches, and universities before heading to the Arts and Warehouse District. In the evening you will dine amongst the beauty and romance of New Orleans at a Creole Buffet and listen to a Dixieland Jazz Band.

Day 6: Return Home

Depart after one last New Orleans meal and head for home.
