With the Audubon Experience you will receive admission to all four of the Audubon's popular attractions (Audubon Insectarium, Entergy IMAX Theatre, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and Audubon Zoo) for one, low price!

Details

Price includes admission to the zoo and free parking.
The zoo offers ample parking in the zoo parking lot.
In the summer, the zoo is open 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the weekdays and 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the weekends.
In the winter, the zoo is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week.
Casual dress is recommended.
There are dining venues on the premises.
There is a gift shop on the premises.
The zoo is appropriate for all ages.
Cameras and video cameras are allowed.
The zoo is handicap accessible.
Wheelchair rental is available.

Oh I went on down to the Audubon Zoo and they all asked for you!

Viewing the Audubon Zoo in 2004 was very memorable. My family members in Canada asked me if there were features in New Orleans where familes could enjoy themselves & the Audubon Zoo was my first choice to tell them about, when I was living in Slidell... I'm back in Canada but I would come back to the Audubon Zoo if possible. My favorite feature in '04 was the petting zoo area and how the children did not have to PAY for food to feed to the petting zoo animals...so the animals did not frighten or rush the children when they had food for the creatures there. I thought that was very peaceful & a very humane method for children to enjoy feeding the fur-babies in the petting zoo...I liked that area of the Audubon so much that I didn't want to leave the petting zoo area myself..and I'm an adult but a long-time animal lover who likes to give shoulder massages to horses, dogs, goats, etc. Your zoo is amazing! the best zoo I've ever enjoyed...ever!
