The All Day Plantation Tour covers three historical plantations in Louisiana for an immersive look into the culture of the area as you visit the Destrehan Plantation, San Francisco Plantation, and Houmas House. The Destrehan Plantation is in the lower Mississippi Valley and is the oldest documented plantation in history. On the tour you will be able to watch the old-fashion methods of creating candles and dyeing indigo. The San Francisco Plantation of 1856 has beautiful furnishings that catch the eye of all visitors. Located on this plantation are 100 year old slave cabins where you will be served a fine dinner. The Houmas House features beautiful gardens and is most known for "Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte" and "All My Children" which were filmed there.
