Relive the lives of 19th and early 20th century farm families with this free tour of the Tennessee Agricultural Museum in Nashville. This unique adventure through time features artifacts from the homes and farms of early farmers as well as rural prints and folk art sculptures. The renovated plantation barn features exciting artifacts including a McCormick reaper, a Jumbo steam engine, buggies, wagons, a woodworking collection and more.
You'll also discover log cabins, a small farm house, a kitchen and herb garden, perennial garden and nature trail. Several festivals are hosted here throughout the year, and Saturdays in the summer months feature special events and activities for the entire family.
