We have stayed at several others in the area and this was the best. Clean and the staff was excellent - especially Michelle Clark and the shuttle driver William. They both went above and beyond to get us to the Ryman. I had two senior women with me and they were so helpful. I was happy I did not have to drive and search for handicap parking. I have told everyone that this is the place to stay - location, service, condition of the hotel - loved it. Oh, and the GooGoos! 		Holiday Inn Express Airport For those who want to visit Nashville in style, a stay at the Holiday Inn Express is definitely in order. Customer Rating: 9 of 10 Rating: 9 The staff at the Holiday Inn was superb, however I was disappointed that we did not have a refrigerator in our room. My wife is on medication that needs to be refrigerated, so we had to keep a cooler iced down all week. I would assume that a Hotel as nice as The Holiday Inn would have a refrigerator and a microwave would have been nice, especially since we were guests for seven days. It was great having a shuttle to the different events. Location and Continental Breakfast were excellent.
