Freindly service throughout - Rooms were clean - Very nice pool - a welcomed shuttle service with knowledgeable drivers - time and money well spent

The hotel was great. We have stayed at several others in the area and this was the best. Clean and the staff was excellent - especially Michelle Clark and the shuttle driver William. They both went above and beyond to get us to the Ryman. I had two senior women with me and they were so helpful. I was happy I did not have to drive and search for handicap parking. I have told everyone that this is the place to stay - location, service, condition of the hotel - loved it. Oh, and the GooGoos! The only thing I would suggest is free WiFI in the rooms - the cost to connect seemed a little excessive.

The hotel was okay but I think that I would have enjoyed staying nearer the Grand Ole Opry. The staff was very friendly.

Accomodations were very nice. Our room wasn't what we booked but they changed us and then it was fine. However, when on vacation you would expect the bar/lounge (especially pool-side) to be open during the day. Restaurant very nice and good food too.
