The hotel was great. We have stayed at several others in the area and this was the best. Clean and the staff was excellent - especially Michelle Clark and the shuttle driver William. They both went above and beyond to get us to the Ryman. I had two senior women with me and they were so helpful. I was happy I did not have to drive and search for handicap parking. I have told everyone that this is the place to stay - location, service, condition of the hotel - loved it. Oh, and the GooGoos! The only thing I would suggest is free WiFI in the rooms - the cost to connect seemed a little excessive.

The hotel desk had only one person who was knowledgable as far as r giving directions to points of interest, they had no bell hop to help with luggage when we left, the shuttle drivers were the most helpful and friendly.

The Maxwell house was really nice. Unfortunately I was sick the whole trip so I didn't get to enjoy it like I had hoped!
