They were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and saved us a lot of money. We decided we needed another room upon arrival and they got us one with no problem and even honored the rate we paid for the original room. It's very conveniently located to the grand ole opry and a great shopping mall. It didn't take any time at all to get to the other places we were visiting. We will definitely stay there again!

"This Holiday Inn was fantastic."

This holiday inn was fantastic. The location was right across the street from the opry land hotel and grand ole opry. The mall has some fablious restaurants. The hotel had nice sound proof rooms so i didn't have to listen to my neighbors conversations. The maid service was timely. The breakfasts were great and especially the cinnamon buns.

Enjoyed our stay here. Right by opryland mall with imax movie theatre, opry theatre and gaylord hotel with restaurants and shops and the general jackson showboat cruise. The offered shuttle service to downtown attractions and had very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

We were with in walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do except down town but the shuttle bus ran down there so that worked out for us. If we go back to nashville we would stay here again. It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the hotel in general was centrally located for what we wanted to do.

Hotel was as expected for a holiday inn express and fit our needs perfectly. Staff was very friendly and took care of any requests we had promptly. Room was clean and breakfast was very good with many selections. Shuttle buses were a plus. This hotel is located about 10 - 15 minutes from the city but for $10 round trip you can take a shuttle directly into the city and it returns every hour on the 1/2 hour until the early morning hours. Hotel located directly across the street from the grand ole opry, general jackson steamboat, gaylord opryland hotel and opry mills mall. Free hotel shuttle to and from these locations. Would stay again.

The only negative we had with this hotel is that there are no vent fans in the bathrooms. When you get out of the shower there's water dripping from the ceiling. The rooms were clean, breakfasts were great and the location was great, near the events we had planned.
