We stayed here and were VERY impressed! The staff was so friendly it was almost unreal! The hotel was clean and we are germ-a-phobs. The location is great and I loved the hugs deck. Close to everything! I liked it so much I am going back. I always get the Shop & Stay package for $69 with it you get 1 night, 2 drinks at the non smoking lounge, contential breakfast, shopping bag and Opry Mills Mall coupon book. I just book yesterday for holiday shopping!

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a great location. The continential breakfast was typical, except that they were well above the standard of most hotels in keeping plently of food available and the area clean no matter if you were first of last for breakfast. The staff was always pleasant and helpful no matter what time of day. The rooms were more spacious than most hotels that we have stayed at over the past few years. We would choose the hotel any time we come to Nashville.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The pool was a little cool but it was a very hot weekend. Didn't use the hot tub because it is outside and the weather was so hot. Location was great, close to attractions.

Our room was very bright, spacious and clean. The same goes for the hotel lobby and eating area. The foods offered for breakfast were varied and fresh, and catered to all appetites. Best of all, the hotel was central to all of the activities and events in Music Valley. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel has free airport shuttle- a taxi for the same route is $22 one way. The shuttle is also available for Opry Mills and Grand Ole Opry. They also have a nice free breakfast that includes make your waffles, 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Cracker Barrel is a very short walk away. A McDonalds on the other side. It has an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The rooms are nice, the beds and pillows comfortable. They also have travel amenties at no charge incase something was forgotten or delayed luggage. It is in a safe area, I was able to walk at nightime by myself. There is a gas station directly across the street. It's only about a ten - fifteen minute drive from downtown Nashville. The staff was nice.
I would recommend it for anyone traveling alone or with family or friends.

We had a very nice stay and had no problems with our hotel stay. It was close and convienent to The Mills Mall, The General Jackson Boat, The Grand Ole Opry, and The Opryland Hotel. The only bad thing I might mention is that the beds could be more comfortable. We were a little sore in our back and neck from sleeping. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great! It is in a great location to the Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills. It was decor was nice and it was very clean. The free continental breakfast was probably the best one I have ever seen at a hotel. We highly recommend eating at the Sante Fe Cattle Company down the road from the Opry Land Hotel!

I stayed at Guesthouse Inn for 4 days and loved every minute of it and definitely would stay again...There was one Desk Clerk especially helpful and not sure of her name but she was approx 50 yrs Blonde hair, worked day shift. A very clean, lovely and friendly place. Right near the Oprey, and a shuttle to take you there. Near the Outlet Mall, lots of restaurants, etc. There was a fantastic restaurant across the street, called John A's, a country-western place with live entertainment. The best steak I have ever had, at a very reasonable price, and the country groups and singers were fantastic! Would definitely stay at the Guesthouse Inn again.
