Unbelievable accomodationsn, fantastic food, great atmosphere, friendly staff (bar GREG) conference accomodations were great... Grand Ole Opry was a great time.. General Jackson dinner was unbelievably good... Excellent entertainment... Awesome experience ill be back..

The stay was magnificent. Everyone was courteous. Shops were very nice and items well selected. The scenery was relaxing, the staff always friendly and eager to provide service. Rooms clean and amenities good. I would suggest having postcards advertising the interior or stationery in the room. The postcards in the gift shops did not illustrate the colors or the beauty of the atriums.

Opryland Hotel was beautiful but very large and required too much walking. The garden atriums are breathtaking, but very confusing to find your way to where you wanted to go. The room was very nice, clean and newly remodeled, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Thanks for your followup.... we had a geat time at the Grand Ole Opry, and the Gaylord Opryland Hotel was real nice as far as scenery was concerned, however, we felt the room was not near as nice or clean for the amount we paid.

My sister, niece and I stayed in one of the garden view rooms in August 2007 and absolutely loved it. The resort is fabulous and we are planning to return during the Christmas holiday.

absolutely beautiful accomodations. I felt like I was staying in a conservatory, listened to the waterfalls all night while sleeping. The gym/pool area was first rate. The quality of the food was terrific with great selections. It was hard to find vegetables and fruits though. The food pyramid just isn't the same in Nashville. The only downside to the entire stay at the Gaylord property was the additional cost of everything. Their self park lot is expansive and yet they charged 13.30 a day to park. A cup of coffee was 2.50, bottled water 2/50. I live in a vacation destination area and have never seen prices so escalated.

It was an unbelieveable hotel. It was so beautiful and so much to see. I know we didn't see everything. You get lost even though you have a map. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. We never thought it would look the way it did. It is just unbeliveable.

I was totally amazed. I've never seen anything like it. Room was very nice. Staff very helpful. The only bad thing I have to say about the experience was having to pay for parking. THAT SUCKED for what we payed. But that was the only drawback and It will not keep me from coming back.

Beautiful rooms and great service. The interior gardens and waterfalls were breathtaking. We would stay there again. However, we felt the extra $10 per night charge (included with your package) and $12 per night self-parking (an extra) or $18 per night valet parking from the hotel were excessive, considering the high room rate. The shuttle drivers to the Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry were great - full of information!

i would like to say that this hotel is awesome and beautiful!!! i would have never imagined how HUGE this place is, it's like your own little world. i got lost several times, once was really bad. needless to say, moving sidewalks would be a great asset to this place. i do admit, the bed KILLED my back! the second night i slept on the floor. it was like there was a hole towards the middle of the bed, slumped down in it. the wait for my vehicle was 45 minutes, that was a little upsetting, since there wasn't much room to sit down, because the seats were already taken. the people there were extremely nice, especially the man that assisted our vehicle retrieval, i believe he was like a manager in that department. very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very pleasant atmosphere..hotel staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable..the room itself was obviously not recently renovated and was average, at best..concessions were significantly overpriced..check-in and check-out were completed in a timely manner and relatively hassle-free, despite the large crowds
