I was at the hotel for a work convention and the service here is impeccable. The staff is wonderful and pleasant 24/7 and the grounds are astounding.

We just got back yesterday 01/4/10 from a stay at the hote. Christmas is definitely the time to go the decorations are just beautiful and more then anyone can imagine but you advertise that the shuttle is free for guests that stay at the hotel. Our friends also had a room there and we asked about the shuttle to downtown and also on new years to our boat ride, but we were told it was 18 dollars a piece which we thought was quite costly, so we had to drive ourselves downtown and find a place to park, which cost us again. That is the only thing that would keep us from coming back to your hotel. You advertise it but then it wasn't available when we got there !! Dale and deanna gonyea.

Greenery in atrium was absolutely beautiful. The food was great too. I would recommend it to anyone who were to visit nashville to stay there.
