Great place to stay with a group. The Board Room was perfect for our small meetings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet more than adequate. Good location----easy to get to downtown Nashville. Computer in lobby was a nice plus.

Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Service was poor. Arrived @ 2:15 cst and was told I had to made to wait an hour to check in. As with other reviews, the hot tub was closed. I was told it would be open the next day but it wasn't. Seems to be a re-occuring problem with this hotel.

everything was quite satisfactory. the hot tub at the hotel was closed for repair and the pool was closed for the season which would have been nice to know before arrival but otherwise the hotel was nice, in a nice area, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. would definetely stay here again

Our family has stayed in this hotel many times. We knew the staff was kind and always seemed eager to please, but little did we know of the extent of their kindness until our last trip to Nashville. I developed the dreaded sromach bug in the middle of the night. The rest of my family had appointments to keep during the course of the next day, so my husband asked if we could extend our stay until midafternoon, so I would have somewhere to weather the storm, if you know what I mean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They not only let us extend our stay--free of charge, they also asked if they help to make me more comfortable--free ginger ale, etc. They couldn't have been any better.

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the manager?s reception. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and very convenient. Our only complaints are that the Hot Tub was out of service and lobby/reception area was extremely hot during the manager reception.

The first night, we had to sleep someplace else - I guess they had overbooked. It was okay, they had made arrangements for us, but we were happier with our room at Clubhouse Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly (Shelby at the front desk was so knowledgable about places to go and things to do - and how to get there). We plan on returning. (The breakfasts were amazing.)
