Great room, etc. and centrally located to everything. A lot for the money and I really appreciate that. They weren't much on customer service at the hotel. People weren't friendly at all. Parking really sucked. Only three lugguage buggies for the entire hotel so we had to make alot of trips to unload and load. The a/c wasn't much either.

Excellent location and very clean and comfortable place to stay. Extras in the room made it very nice...refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe. ...all things that we love having when staying for a week.

Hotel staff was outstanding. They gave us great advice from how to get to downtown Nashville to where to purchase the cheapest gas.

Sweet and nice people. Alicia and Jamie at the counter were very helpful and nice. Jerry the shuttle driver was the best for a tour guide. The rooms were clean and nice.
