The Nashville Zoo is home to hundreds of species of animals, with everything from amphibians to apes and toucans to elephants. Your family can spend hours at the zoo observing your favorite animals and learning more about new favorites. The Zzoofari Slumber adventure takes your typical zoo experience to a new level, bringing you into the zoo long after closing hours.

The Zzoofari Slumber takes place on just two nights only, June 20, 2009 and September 5, 2009. This all-night adventure lets you and your kids experience the zoo after hours, spending the night with the animals. During this overnight experience, the Nashville Zoo lets you learn what the life of a zookeeper is like through various activities. Your behind-the-scenes, after-hours look at the zoo includes a twilight tour of the animals, a hayride, arts and crafts, animal presentations, exciting games, and much more.

This adventure takes place overnight, from 5pm until 9am. Space is limited and the Zzoofari Slumber experience is highly popular. So advance reservations are required.
