Grand Ole Opry Country Music Show - Nashville
I was most impressed with their service. We got lost and missed half of the show for Friday evening, and were so disappointed because the ticket office was closed and we only had our voucher that we had to exchange for tickets, so we thought we were not going to get in at all. Then they called for a manager, Tommy Huff, who treated us as if we were family. He was so friendly, and offered us tickets for the next night's show, so that we would get our money's worth. That was going the extra mile, we would have been grateful to just get in with our voucher for half the show, Friday. But then he promised us even better seats for the next night, and they were. We had paid for balcony seats, since we had the whole family, and there were 6 of us, but he placed us down on the main level, right in the middle. I know we enjoyed the show so much more because of Mr. Huff's time and concern with making sure we were taken care of. I was even more amazed when we showed up Saturday Evening. He told us to ask for him, and as soon as he saw us he remembered us, and personally took us to our seats. He said he had been waiting for us. Wow, with that many customers, every night, from all over the world, how did he remember us! We all had such a wonderful experience, that we will tell everyone to make sure that they don't miss going to the Grand Ole Opry.
