The Country Music Hall of Fame is a 37 million dollar structure that spans an entire block of downtown Nashville.

Filmed at the BellSouth Acuff Theater and shown on the USA Network, the Nashville Star has helped jumpstart the career of another country music artist, its winner Angela Hacker.

For 8 weeks, viewers of Nashville Star supported their favorite performer and cast votes to keep their choice performers' in the running to be the next Nashville Star, and, ultimately, their votes resulted in Angela Hacker being deemed the next Nashville Star.

Angela Hacker is the 5th performer who has one the title of Nashville Star and has been given the coveted recording contract with WBR Nashville.

Gaylord Opryland Hotel
Beautiful rooms and great service. The interior gardens and waterfalls were breathtaking. We would stay there again. However, we felt the extra $10 per night charge (included with your package) and $12 per night self-parking (an extra) or $18 per night valet parking from the hotel were excessive, considering the high room rate. The shuttle drivers to the Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry were great - full of information!
