Music City, USAThere's only one place that comes to mind when someone mentions the term Music City, USA, and that's generally the same for everyone. People all around the world know that Music City, USA, is Nashville, TN. There is a reason too, that many of the most popular stars and performers live there and that's got as lot to do with the kind of southern hospitality you can expect from a place like Nashville and the wonderful people who live there. While you are there, you will undoubtedly want to experience the rich musical culture that's found in Nashville, and to do that one of the best ways to see the sights is to pick a guided tour with an expert who knows the place well and can answer any of your questions. That way, you can leave the car behind and not even need to worry about making transportation arrangements for yourself. Horse Drawn Carriage Tour of Downtown Nashville The people of Nashville take their horse drawn carriages and your comfort while you tour downtown Nashville very seriously. To that end, they've come up with a series of different carriages that are both convenient and attractive. The different types of carriages range from everything from a Valentine's carriage that's white with a plush red interior to a Chuck Wagon style carriage in keeping with Nashville's heritage. The one hour ride in the fifteen passenger Surrey will take you to several places of musical interest like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Tootsie's lounge. One of the less expensive and more off beat is the Nashville Trolley Tour that winds through the streets of downtown Nashville showing off places of interest. Of course, there are many advantages to the guided tour over trying to see the sights yourself or getting on a bus where your time is structured and you need to follow the crowd. |

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
It was so much more than we had hoped for! I never realized there was so much fabulous history behind country music!
-Eric Holt, McMinnville, TN Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
It would have been nicer to know there was an additional tour available. We did buy additional tickets when we were there for the tour of Studio B.
-Frank Nelson, Rome, NY Nashville Trolley Tour
Really enjoyed it and saw places we wouldn't have found on our own. After the tour we drove to some of those places and really got to see them. It is a good way to learn your way around a city.
