Restless Heart At Grand Ole Opry

Restless Heart is a country band with more than 20 years of experience entertaining. Their polished, contemporary style, which incorporates elements of pop of rock, embodies the modern mainstream country sound and has paved the way for some of Nashville's biggest names. Restless Heart was assembled by Nashville producer Tim DuBois for the purpose of recording demos, but the band members meshed so well that they decided to stick together and were soon signed to record their own music. Restless Heart is Larry Stewart on lead vocals, Dave Innis on piano, rhythm guitar, and vocals, John Dittrich on drums and vocals, Paul Gregg in bass and vocals, and Greg Jennings on lead guitar, mandolin, and vocals. Over the years, Restless Heart has briefly disbanded twice and has performed or recorded give or take a member or two. As of 2002, all five band members are reunited once again.

Restless Heart achieved success early in their career as a band, with their first album, Restless Heart producing 3 Top Ten hits. Four of the group's seven studio albums are certified gold, and they have recorded 26 charting singles, including six No. 1  hits. Restless Heart's most popular songs include “The Bluest Eyes in Texas,” “A Tender Lie,” “When She Cries,” and “Wheels.” Restless Heart has been declared Country Group of the Year by Billboard, Radio & Records, and Cash Box. They've also been awarded Vocal Group of the Year by the Academy of Country Music.
