As the Biodome, you'll experience fantastic exhibits showcase the wildlife and plant life of the region and beyond, including the warm Tropical Forest, the St. Lawrence Marine Ecosystem, and the Arctic & Antarctic. If you select the Botanical Garden & Insectarium, you'll be able to enjoy a look at more than 22,000 plant species, ten different greenhouse exhibits, more than 30 themed gardens, and a visit to the largest Insectarium in North America.

Either way, this package includes admission to the Montreal Tower Observatory, which offers views of up to 80 kilometers away. The tower is tallest inclined tower in the world, with an angle of 45 degrees!

About the Biodome

The Biodome features five exhibit areas, including the Tropical Forest, Laurentian Forest, Saint-Lawrence Marine Ecosystem, the Arctic, and the Antarctic. Waterfalls, natural foliage, and all of the elements of each system are featured, along with a variety of animal life. The Biodome features nearly 300 species of animals, including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish and more. Some favorites include Rockhopper Penguins, American Beaver, Canadian Lynx, and many more.

About the Botanical Gardens

The Montreal Botanical Gardens is one of the largest gardens of its kind in the world with more than 30 themed gardens, 22,000 species of plant, and 10 exhibition greenhouses.

About the Insectarium

The Montreal Insectarium features a collection of more than 140,000 insect specimens, of which 4,000 are on public display for viewing. Explore the aquariums, terrariums, and displays that houses the collection, including a showcase of about 100 live insects.

About the Montreal Tower

The Montreal Tower is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers as it stretches up 175 meters and inclines at a 45 degree angle. This incredible structure features a spacious observatory on top that offers views of the Laurentian Mountains and other sites up to 80 kilometers away.
